When you purchase a subscription, membership, or other product, you are issued a Member number/Order number. My credit card details have changed. How do I continue my membership?
Simply log into your membership subscription and renew your subscription using the button. To log into your membership - preferably do this from the website you signed up for or you can use the 'Find My Membership / Subscription / Purchase' form. When you renew, if your payment is unsuccessful then you will be able to update your credit card details.
How does the billing work?
One time purchases are billed once and immediately to your account. Subscription fees (recurring membership) are billed on a periodic basis (usually each month) to the credit card account number you submitted upon purchase. Membership dues will continue to bill periodically until your subscription or membership has been cancelled or expires or the payment fails.

How do I end my membership or cancel my subscription?
Log into your subscription page from the website you signed up for or you may use the Find My Membership / Subscription / Purchase form. Use the cancel button to send a cancellation request. Your subscription will be cancelled with immediate effect, however take note that you may still be able to continue enjoying membership access until the end of your last payment period, afterwhich your membership will expire.
Expired memberships can always be renewed at the click of a button without you having to resignup or resubmit your payment details. Your subscription will always be available to you, even after it has expired, should you want to renew. The renewal button is available from your subscription page.

Should you wish to continue your membership after it has expired then you simply need to log into your subscription and click the renew button. If your payment is successfult ehn your membership will be re-activated. There is no need for you to signup from scratch again. Your subscription details will always be available to you at any time even after your membership has expired. Log into your subscription page from the website you signed up for or you may use the personal Find My Membership / Subscription / Purchase form. Your current e-mail address that we have on record for you will be displayed. Should you want to update it then fill in your new e-mail address and submit.
How do I update my E-mail address if it has changed?
If your e-mail address changes after you have signed up for a subscription and you no longer have access to your old e-mail address then we suggest you update you subscription details to reflect you new e-mail address. Log into your subscription page from the website you signed up for or you may use the personal Find My Membership / Subscription / Purchase form. Your current e-mail address that we have on record for you will be displayed. Should you want to update it then fill in your new e-mail address and submit.
We will use the new e-mail address for all online correspondence with you. Take note that if your e-mail (and Password) is used for access into the website you subscribed for, then you must use this new e-mail for access into the website.
